Job Description

The Jr. Software Analyst role is an entry-level position designed to enable individuals into becoming independent Software Analysts or Developers through independent and team-based trainings, close supervision and positive mentorship.


The Jr. Software Analyst will participate in analyzing business requirements and will use their trainings to perform the following job duties:

  • Participate in the creation and execution of test scripts
  • Document business requirements, needs, limitations; present these findings to the team.
  • Make modifications to technical design documentation as requested
  • Attend meetings where best solutions and recommendations are discussed
  • Participate in gathering and analyzing business requirements

  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and complete additional certification trainings as prescribed

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Knowledgeable of SDLC concepts is a big plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related
