Our client is looking for a creative, professional, and process-oriented Junior Project Manager to support project coordination and management for a worldwide loyalty program. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful planning and completion of an array of projects and initiatives supporting the broader short- and longer-term brand and marketing strategies. You’ll be joining a high-performing, highly visible team where no two days are the same.
In addition, the Junior Project Manager will work closely with Senior Marketing Managers and Coordinators to design and manage workback schedules and timelines, update details within our project management tool, and keep everyone on track and focused with the direct leadership of the consulting Team Lead. This role offers immense growth opportunities and the ability to make direct and measurable impact on a global scale from day 1.
- Edit PowerPoint and Excel documents to display latest timelines and deliverables to a professional standard.
- Collaborate with Senior Marketing Managers, Coordinators, and Operators on campaign initiatives and deliverables.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support the Team Lead in triaging incoming project and campaign requests, building out workback schedules and timelines, noting dependencies and blockers, and preparing submissions for leadership review within internal project tooling.
- Attend and take detailed notes during project and campaign status and review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Map and document processes while proactively looking for gaps and areas for improvement.
- Organize and manage SharePoint folders and documents.
- Ability to move fluidly between the 10K foot view and the 10-foot view, noting how changes impact dates, other stakeholders, and other projects.
- Proactive problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills, as you will be managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a project management tool such as Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Manage all timelines and creative scopes using ClickUp project management software.
- A strong desire for professional growth and “learning through doing”.
- Become our in-house ClickUp tooling expert and be available for questions, training (when changes are made) and document the team’s use of the tool.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Undergraduate degree and 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a work-from-home environment (or 4+ years of project management experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on process and impact
- Can anticipate and respond to shifts in priorities, tasks, and/or requirements on an ongoing basis, notifying necessary parties along the way.
