To support the integration of newly acquired businesses and drive the redevelopment and restructuring of our marketing department following a recent acquisition. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project execution and stakeholder management.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract position, to support the integration of newly

acquired businesses and drive the redevelopment and restructuring of our marketing department following a

recent acquisition. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing, the ideal candidate will have a proven track

record of successful project execution and stakeholder management.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing numerous aspects of the project plan, connecting with

various work streams on a weekly basis, identifying risks, managing dependencies, and providing timely status

updates against project objectives. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to

ensure that project deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Additionally, you will spend a

portion of your time supporting the marketing team in redeveloping and restructuring the department with

the objective of enhancing the prominence, awareness, and value of the brand. Your expertise in

organizational design, process mapping, change management, and roles and responsibilities definition will be

paramount in ensuring a successful outcome.

The Senior Project Manager will bring a wealth of leadership and project management expertise to our

organization, championing effective communication, transparency, and accountability to drive project

success. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, highly developed analytical and

problem-solving capabilities, and a proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a rapidly evolving

environment.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Develop project plans, timelines and RACI frameworks

▪ Execute projects by connecting with work streams on a regular basis

▪ Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and escalate potential issues

▪ Report weekly status updates (green, red, yellow)

▪ Support the marketing team with new restructuring by assisting with organizational design, process

mapping, change management, roles and responsibilities definition, and other related tasks

Requirements

Must have skills:

1. Over 7 years of experience within project management; preferably coming from an enterprise

2. Environment (Health/big brand background)

3. Strong experience in organizational design, change management, process mapping, and process design

4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing / Communications)

Nice to have skills:

1. Strong understanding of the health industry and global healthcare

2. Previous experience working in the health sector

3. Previous experience working with TELUS

4. Strong knowledge and experience in using Google Suite// MS Suite
