Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Canada, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing strategy and initiatives across the Indivior Canada OUD (Opioid Use Disorder) treatment portfolio with a key focus on Suboxone Film and Sublocade.


The role will involve being a key contributor to the brand strategy for Suboxone Film and Sublocade, ensuring appropriate support to the Head of Marketing and Sales Team to increase market share and achievement of financial objectives for the area.


The role will involve working closely with the cross functional teams to build detailed insights of market dynamics and ensure the evolution of the current strategy to grow and develop the business as well as support executional excellence at the local level.

Responsibilities


Key contributor to the development and implementation of the brand strategy for Suboxone Film and Sublocade for Canada to deliver financial and market share goals.

  • Congress management and print management
  • Ensure alignment of all initiatives with cross functional team (medical, regulatory, GAMA, supply & distribution).
  • KPI monitoring & tracking of marketing initiatives
  • Assist in market research and advisory boards as required to test and validate current and future initiatives and investment levels
  • Design and support the implementation of marketing initiatives targeted to the stakeholder groups (HCPs) to meet the strategic goals of the business
  • Assist in preparing written briefs for external agencies and effectively facilitate the interface with such companies to ensure timely and effective delivery of work tasks
  • Assist in management and planning of Internal Sales Meetings
  • Effective cross functional management to create and process marketing tools (digital and non-digital) and training materials (i.e. appropriate review of all materials through Veeva Vault system)
  • In conjunction with the commercial and cross functional team:
  • Management and execution of the Digital Outreach Strategy and Program
  • Contribute to the simulation scenarios to identify trends, opportunities and threats in key local markets for brand franchise and proposes corresponding measures



Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingualism (English, French)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (ideally business/marketing and sciences)


Professional Experience

  • Experience in Sales role would be beneficial
  • Minimum experience at Brand Manager level of 2‐3 years with a strong track record of performance in Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in supporting launch of new products in Canada is beneficial
  • Experience in working in specialty markets and/or stigmatized disease markets (e.g. psychiatry, mental health, HIV, HCV, alcohol) is advantageous.
