Senior Director Of Brand Marketing

In this role, you will have direct involvement in brand strategy, innovation development, marketing communications, commercial strategy, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Planning & Execution

· Assist in the development, implementation, and achievement of marketing objectives

· Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing to develop collaborative commercial strategies and best-in-class in-market execution

· Develop and execute integrated Marketing programs for Wellness Brands, including media, shopper marketing, sampling, and PR.

· Ensure best-in-class execution that generates breakthrough and differentiation versus key competitor brands.

· Coordinate all brand activities with external suppliers and internal departments and ensure timely and on-budget implementation.

· Review activation results against KPIs and share key learnings to provide recommendations for future optimization.

· Initiate and coordinate pricing, promotion, and display activities with the Trade Marketing team.

· Manage the development of any required packaging development as required, working closely with operations

· Own management of the brand websites and social pages, including updates and tracking of key metrics.

· Organized and support the execution of product sampling programs, including key consumer and trade shows.

· Participate in the scoping and execution of market research in support of brand marketing plans

· Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple external agencies and internal teams (i.e. Operations, Sales, Finance, R&D & Regulatory)

Product/Marketing Innovation

· Work with Marketing Director to develop compelling innovation concepts that align with brand strategy, supported by consumer/market insights and financial analysis

· Build and manage innovation/renovation pipeline through the stage-gate process, working closely with operations, R&D, and broader cross-functional teams where required

· Drive commercialization of approved innovation, working closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional team members as required

· Identify key asset requirements for launch and develop a strong launch support plan
