WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Psycho Bunny is searching for a Brand Marketing Coordinator that supports our vision by ensuring that the strategies and programs designed to build cultural relevance and brand equity are executed flawlessly on time and on budget. Reporting to the Lead, Brand & Partnerships, this role will require to work cross-functionally across the organization and closely with external agencies and other partners to drive brand awareness and positioning through sponsorships, collaborations, content creation, and activations.

HOW WILL YOU DO IT?

• Assist in the socialization of brand values across the entire organization.
• Foster partner relationships, anticipate partner needs, manage expectations, and keep internal teams informed.
• Research potential brand partnership opportunities and stay abreast of trends within the apparel / menswear / DTC space.
• Ensure project timelines are respected, stakeholders are aware of expectations, progress, roadblocks and cross-functional communication is optimized.
• Support the Lead and work internally with cross-functional teams and external agency partners to develop and launch strategies for partnerships and experiences.
• Track project and team budgets.
• Support the execution of brand-accretive partnerships and programs that reinforce brand equity and positioning.
• Facilitate the AAR (after activation review) process by capturing cross-functional insights and socializing them with the broader team.

Who You Are

This is what you’ve accomplished

• 1-2 years minimum experience in a similar role or industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Demonstrated negotiation skills
• Commitment to providing follow up with internal and external collaborators
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• General knowledge of NFTs and Web3 is a plus
• Strong organization skills required
