Brand Leader For Nutro, Crave & Whitespace

The Brand Leader on the Nutro and Crave portfolio will develop and drive the brand plans within the fast-paced, competitive and innovative Pet category. They will be data-driven and ambitious, and will be the strategic hub and execution powerhouse for Nutro and Crave across the organization. This role will also champion multiple growth and whitespace opportunities across the organization, including but not limited to channel/customer expansive opportunities, Ecom, and more.

What are we looking for?

• Advanced user of MS office
• Data-driven decision maker, with a passion for insights that drive action
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business
• 2+ years professional experience in marketing or relevant experience, preference to CPG

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Track and effectively manage the brand budgets
• Collaborate with CMI on research projects gathering insights and/or testing new concepts
• Develop and implement brand plans, with the support of your team lead
• Develop recommendations to support the brand strategy
• Lead Canadian Nutro, Crave, Whitespace innovation/commercialization process
• Develop and implement demand generating consumer activities and campaigns, including initiatives that support brand goals
• Collaborate to develop best-in-class consumer communication and sales materials in partnership with Omni Marketing and other functions
• Regularly analyze sales and market data, consumer research, and other brand metrics to analyze brand health and make strategic recommendations for the business
