Associate Editor Jobs

Finally Content is looking for an Associate Editor to join our editorial team on CAA Magazine. The associate editor will be someone who can conceive, assign and edit stories across both web and print. This is a full-time position on a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Help generate ideas for content
• Assign and edit stories across a variety of topics
• Work collaboratively with team members on story planning, art and promotions
• Develop and maintain writer relationships to grow the roster of diverse voices that contribute to CAA Magazine
• Work closely with senior editorial team members to grow and develop editorial skills

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an editor
• An understanding of digital, social media and video
• Ability to craft content with an eye towards creating engaging and unique stories

Though not requirements, additional consideration will be given to candidates with:

• Print magazine experience
