Job Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a 2nd Photographer and Photo Editor. This role requires proficiency in both photography and post-processing techniques, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding photographs that meet their expectations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to our creative process, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to the growth of our studio.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the primary photographer during photoshoots, capturing images from various angles and perspectives to ensure comprehensive coverage.
2.Collaborate with the primary photographer to capture key moments and emotions, ensuring the delivery of a diverse range of high-quality photographs.
3.Use professional photography equipment and techniques to capture images that meet the artistic vision and style of the studio.
4.Conduct post-processing and editing of photographs, including color correction, cropping, retouching, and other enhancements, while maintaining a consistent style.
5.Organize and manage digital files, ensuring they are appropriately cataloged and easily accessible.
6.Collaborate with the primary photographer and other team members to ensure timely delivery of edited photos to clients.
7.Stay up to date with the latest photography trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
8.Maintain and care for photography equipment, ensuring it is clean, functional, and properly stored.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in the event, wedding, or portrait photography industry.
2.Proficiency in digital photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and posing.
3.Strong knowledge of professional photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.) and the ability to edit images effectively.
4.Attention to detail and a keen eye for capturing emotions, storytelling, and creative perspectives.
5.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
7.A professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and at ease during photoshoots.
8.A portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating proficiency in both photography and editing skills.
Education and Experience:
1.A degree or diploma in photography or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
2.Proven experience as a photographer and photo editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and artistic creativity.
