Associate Editor, All Sports Betting Role

Job Summary


All Sports Betting Associate Editors will lead day-to-day editorial coverage of ClutchPoints’ betting initiatives. They will plan, write, and edit timely and engaging content in a fast-paced environment alongside their betting editorial team members, helping us expand our betting coverage to more sports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the betting and fantasy sports news cycle, trends, and overall landscape.


Duties


  • Write and edit betting/fantasy editorial content on all sports, including College Football, MLB, Soccer, Tennis, and Golf
  • Plan + implement unique editorial content on sports betting/fantasy sports
  • Player props, futures, longshot bets, fantasy studs and sleepers, etc
  • Send published articles for distribution to our social media channels
  • Follow our odds editorial template/style guide
  • Communicate with graphics team on creative thumbnails for your content
  • Edit long-form content from other members of the betting editorial team
  • Track Google Trends for content ideas


Basic Qualifications


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask multiple objectives
  • Experience with editorial and content creation
  • SEO/Writing Experience
  • Passion and advanced understanding of sports betting & fantasy sports
  • Availability to work mornings and weekend mornings
