We are looking for a Brand Director to lead the day-to-day Sales & Marketing of several of our key brands.
This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded Sales & Marketing executive with eCommerce experience. You will work with a small team of high performing individuals.

Mission:
Lead the day-to-day of selected brands sales & marketing: ensure organized sales & marketing developments of the brands across all channels according to brands objectives.
- Drive brands short and long-term strategies for the US market to meet and exceed financial & qualitative objectives.
- Oversee all channels (B2B, Amazon & brands websites). Partner with cross-functional teams in order to successfully deliver on objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of skincare brands. Be the brands advocate both internally and externally with objective to drive solid growth.
Marketing & Brand execution:
- Prepare quarterly business report for each brand.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out for key accounts.
- Develop the marketing strategies (Digital / eCommerce, Retailers, Amazon) and execute the 360 activation.
- Supervise internal / external teams supporting eCommerce websites & Amazon.
- Manage brands catalogs, maximizing newness & obsolescence strategically.
- Lead proper brand image growth & implementation on all channels including e-commerce & social medias.
- Drive a “digital first” brand mindset to create omni-channel experience for consumer.
- Own A&P budgeting & tracking; Ensure efficient marketing ROI.
Sales & Planning:
- Build best in class partnerships with retail partners to most effectively maximize working relationship and deliver on sales goals.
- Lead new initiatives & contribute to the commercial development of your brands portfolio.
- Own sales budgeting & objectives delivery across all channels.
- Own forecasting & procurement final decisions.
- Build strong and effective relationships with internal teams supporting procurement, sales and sales administration.
- Develop and execute P&L and marketing plans for key accounts

Profile requirements:
You are a dedicated proactive professional, comfortable in supporting others and working independently
- Experience with managing an eCommerce website & associated tools.
- Self-driven personality, do-er.
- Strong analytical skills, strong Excel / Google sheets skills.
- Quickly adapt to evolving business needs. Fast at answering requests & addressing issues.
- French a plus.
- Ability to create & enforce deadlines for himself/herself and the team.
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business and / or marketing.
- Ability to respect existing processes & propose new ones leading to improved efficiency.
- Aesthetic eye.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the beauty industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuinely interested in being part of a fast-growing company and contributing to its growth.
