Job Description
Behaviour is seeking a Marketing Director to join the Dead by Daylight marketing team. The Marketing Director will be responsible for increasing the presence of Dead by Daylight locally by developing impactful and tailored marketing strategies in North America, Europe, and Asia.


Reporting to the Senior Brand Director, you will be the main point of contact for all go-to-market subjects and the strategic link between the brand management team and all other teams within the organization involved in the marketing of Dead by Daylight products.


In this role you will :


  • Adapt brand elements (videos, images) to the requirements of marketing campaigns (1st parties, partners, local activations, etc.).
  • Work closely with internal teams (PR, community, influencer, acquisition) to create impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Establish appropriate processes to maximize synergies between different areas of expertise within the organization for top-tier marketing releases.
  • Develop a strong understanding of local market needs and specificities and prioritize our actions accordingly.
  • Build a strong relationship with the brand management team and protect the brand by ensuring its pillars and values are consistently conveyed while adapting to local needs.
  • Expand publishing capabilities and the presence of the Dead by Daylight brand worldwide, focusing on key markets or markets with identified high potential.
  • Analyze performance data in a continuous effort to improve the overall impact of our marketing efforts and contribute to informed business decisions.
  • Implement and oversee marketing strategies for all Dead by Daylight brand-related content launches globally.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales/business development team to create new business opportunities (partnerships, etc.).

  • Proactivity in seeking new opportunities to further the success of Dead by Daylight.
  • Passion for video games and entertainment in general.
  • Excellent mastery of marketing principles.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively communicating across multiple disciplines and teams.
  • +10 years of experience in marketing, planning and executing successful marketing campaigns for titles.
Dans ce role vous devrez :


  • Analyser les données de performances dans l’effort constant d’amélioration de l’impact global de nos mises enmarché et aider à prendre des décisions commerciales éclairées.
  • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes internes (PR, communauté, influence, acquisition) afin de créer des campagnes marketing impactantes.
  • Développer une connaissance forte des besoins et spécificités des marchés locaux et prioriser nos actions.
  • Déployer les capacités de publishing et la présence de la marque Dead by Daylight à travers le monde, ce dans les principaux marchés ou les marchés que vous identifierez à fort potentiel.
  • Adapter les créations d’éléments de marque (video, image) aux besoins des campagnes marketing (1st Parties, partenaires, activations locales etc).
  • Établir les processus appropriésafin de maximiser les synergies entre les différentes expertises de l’organisation pour des mises en marché de premier ordre.
  • Créer un lien fort avec l’équipe de gestion de marque et protéger la marque en s’assurant que ses piliers et valeurs soient véhiculés de manière consistante tout en l’adaptant aux besoins locaux.
  • Mettre en place et superviser les stratégies de mise en marché pour tous les lancements de contenur elatifs à la marque Dead By Daylight au niveaumondial.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe de vente/développementd’affaires pour créer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales (partenariats etc).

  • +10 ans d’expérience en marketing et planification et d’exécution de mises enmarché de titres à succès.
  • Une proactivité dans la recherche de nouvelles opportunités pour pousser plus loin le succès de Dead By Daylight.
  • Passion pour les jeux vidéo et le divertissement engénéral.

Behaviour cherche un/une directeur/directrice marketing pour se joindre à l’équipe marketing de Dead by Daylight. Le/la directeur/directrice marketing aura la charge d’accroître la présence de Dead by Daylight au niveau local en développant des stratégies de mise en marché adaptées et impactantes en Amérique du Nord, en Europe ainsi qu’en Asie.


Reportant au directeur de marque senior, vous serez le principal point de contact pour tous les sujets de go-to-market et vous serez le lien stratégique entre l’équipe de brand management et l’ensemble des autres équipes de l’organisatio nimpliquées dans la mise en marché des produits Dead By Daylight.
