Marketing Coordinator Jobs

Recochem is seeking a highly passionate Marketing Coordinator.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will support the Marketing Team through administrative and coordination responsibilities. If you are solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this could be a great position for you.

Responsibilities:

Support the team in administrative and coordination tasks

Lead the marketing budget (data entry / analysis / reporting) and be the main contact with accounting

Lead the artwork development process with cross-functional groups through our PageProof plateform

Coordinate the development & production of promotional materials for our brands (Point of Sales materials / Gifts / Outfits)

Support the Category team with content development for our Learning Management System

Act as a resource person with customers and the sales team for all marketing support

Qualifications:

• Good ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills
• Passionate, Curious, and Innovative
• Strong ability to quickly learn tools to effectively run analysis (ex: PowerBi, PageProof, LMS, DataStudio…)
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers, consumers and customers.
• Solution-oriented
• Good working knowledge of Excel &PowerPoint
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Autonomous
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience or in a related field
• Good working knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Team player
• Fluent in English and French (written/verbal)
• University degree in marketing or a related field of study
• High business ethic
