About Grow Now Tech Incubator: Grow Now is a dynamic tech incubator that supports early-stagefemale-ledtechstartups in their growth journey. We provideincubation support along withmentorship, resources, and a supportive community to help entrepreneurs thrive. As we expand our operationsacross Canada, we are seeking a talented and passionate Tech Incubator Coordinator to manage the French cohorts of our virtual incubator, Grow Now.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Lead and other team members to develop and refine the incubator's curriculum, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with incubator participants to assess progress, address challenges, and offer valuable feedback.
- Manage the documentation and assist in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of the Grow Now Tech Incubator.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and the exchange of ideas.
- Stay updated on industry trends, startup ecosystems, and best practices in entrepreneurship.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the incubator program, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with the screening and selection process of startups for the incubator program.
- Organize virtual workshops, training sessions, and networking events to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among cohort members.
Qualifications:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or a related field.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
- Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in startups and entrepreneurship.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work.
