WHAT WILL YOU DO?

HOW WILL YOU DO IT?


  • Support the HR Business Partner with the implementation and optimization of HR policies, programs and tools related to the employee experience.
  • Participate in various HR projects: data and statistics compilation, office space optimization, culture, work environment, employee events, etc. ... ; Be an outstanding collaborator with the various HR expertise centers: Payroll, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, etc.
  • Work proactively with the HR Business Partner to provide support to managers.
  • Update organization charts and various HR databases.
  • Support the payroll team by working closely with them and providing all required information related to employee files and benefits management.
  • Act as internal HR contact person for employees: answer questions about our policies and benefits, provide employment confirmation letters etc.
  • Design a dashboard and generate various reports required to issue the KPIs defined by the organization.
  • Manage the arrival of new employees and coordinate all logistics related to their welcome and integration; act as a promoter of the Psycho Bunny culture.
  • Manage administration related to employee movement, including correspondence, employment contracts, changes, transfers, promotions, new hires and departures.
  • Participate in the organization of special events and contribute to the Psycho Bunny employee experience.


Who You Are


This is what you’ve accomplished


  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in human resources.
  • University degree (BAC) in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
