In this role you’ll coordinate and produce online external client-facing training programs and workshops covering topics relevant to Human Resources and Leadership teams.

Please Note: We are open to remote candidates located across Canada who are able to work business hours in Eastern Time. Flex of hours may be required to accommodate clients in other time zones. This is not an IT project management role.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

• Address client questions and manage client expectations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Responsible for the successful launch and delivery of a full range of HR surveys, including McLean & Company’s Employee Engagement, New Hire, Exit, and Management & Governance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Launch surveys and respond to participant questions and/or issues.
• Lead client scoping calls to gain an understanding of client goals and requirements and build a project plan.
• Understand and work with proprietary survey software to determine how to deliver on the diagnostic needs of clients.
• Maintain quality assurance/control processes.
• Build and test surveys.

Key Selection Criteria:

Required:

• Technically savvy, able to learn new technology easily.
• 1-3 years of experience in a client coordination/client success/project  coordination role
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Undergraduate degree
• High proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Desirable:

• Experience with agile project management practices
• Experience with survey software
• Experience with Jira and/or Salesforce
• Experience with quality assurance practices
• Experience with employee engagement surveys and/or research
• Experience or Exposure to HR
