Reporting to the Human Resources Director or to the Human Resources Business Partner, the person will work closely with the human resources team and may be required to support national human resources processes and initiatives. The person will act as a support to the human resources team for recruitment mandates, support to the advisory group and on various projects.


Responsibilities And Tasks


  • Create performance reports for the various human resources key performance indicators (recruitment, turnover rate, remuneration, etc.).
  • Ensure that HR documents, corporate organization charts and annual calendars are updated and sent to managers.
  • Assist in the full recruitment process, such as administrative follow-up of hiring files, background checks, onboarding and the creation of employee files.
  • Perform all other related tasks in support of the human resources team members.
  • Coordinate certain human resources processes such as the annual evaluation process, quarterly bonus, end of probation, etc.
  • Participate in the documentation of employee files related to disciplinary and other HR processes.


Qualifications


  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite (Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Minimum of 1-year in an HR position.
  • Certificate or College diploma degree in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
  • Rigor and meticulousness.
  • Adept at meeting deadlines and be proactive.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Bilingual in French & English considered an asset.
