- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, maintaining office inventory, coordinating suppliers, managing mail etc.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices, client communication and bank deposits.
- Support IT needs and computer maintenance.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
- Support IT needs and computer maintenance.
- Assemble tax returns for personal and corporate tax clients (training provided).
- You have a basic understanding of accounting principles or a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial or professional services.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) is advantageous.
- You have very comfortable with using technology and are able to troubleshoot simple IT problems independently (printer jam, Wi-Fi connection, clearing browser data)
- You possess strong organizational skills and have a keen eye for detail.
- You’re driven by excellence and know that in this kind of work it is often the little things that matter
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You have excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
