Hr Technician Jobs

Our HR team is looking for a new team member! If you want to gain valuable HR experience in a talented, friendly and unified team, this is your chance! In summary, we’re looking for someone resourceful who can provide us with administrative support, more precisely by preparing documents for new starters, assisting with onboarding and integration of new employees and taking care of employee confirmation letters/reference requests. This is a permanent full time position, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. We work in a hybrid mode, from home and at the office, we adapt to the needs of the moment. Please note that Mondays will be spent in the office, to assist the HR team during the onboarding of our new employees.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out data entry in our systems (new employees, changes in employee files, group insurance).
• Assist in the management of maternity/paternity/parental/sickness leaves.
• Prepare digital and physical employee files (contracts, new starter documents).
• Support the HR team in the onboarding of new employees.
• Any other related tasks to the position.
• Assist new employees in completing their documents and file them (electronic and/or physical).
• Assist the team with specific local projects.
• Prepare and send out employee confirmation letters and answer external employment verification requests.

Job requirements

Requirements

• Detail oriented, good capacity to concentrate and work autonomously
• Bilingualism, oral and written (French and English)
• Knowledge of Office and G Suite
• Strong sense of customer service
• Experience with an HRIS is also an asset
• Strong sense of ethics and respect of confidentiality
• Studies in human resources, industrial relations or work experience in an HR department are an asset
