Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the performance management cycle communications strategy
  • Create process documents and videos to ensure proper use of our tools
  • Prepare reports and analytics on our learning programs
  • Manage inquiries from members regarding programs, courses, and other matters.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on our learning programs
  • Work with our suppliers to ensure proper course scheduling.
  • Work with our vendor partners to ensure proper scheduling of courses
  • Create process documents and videos to ensure proper use of our tools.
  • Support the communication strategy of the performance management cycle
  • Lead adoption and engagement activities related to the Mentoring platform
  • Lead adoption and engagement activities related to Bell's mentoring platform
  • Manage queries from members on programs, courses, and other questions


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communications
  • Data Manipulation
  • Bilingual (must be fluent in English and French)
