Job Description

Akkodis is seeking an HR Generalist Junior for a contract position with a client located in Toronto, ON, or Montreal, QC (Hybrid). Ideally looking for experience with Onboarding experience along with other skills such as Project, communication, and analytics, in particular in large organizations



Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations to the onboarding project team to achieve a personalized, user-friendly, consistent and technology-enabled positive employee experience.

• Update or create new written content and/or design to implement onboarding activities in a new digital tool.

• Define and develop new processes for seamless execution.

• Perform data analysis, reporting and formulate recommendations for program and/or process enhancements.

• Support ongoing operations within the talent team such as managing outlook inbox, creating invites in career zone, leading focus groups, etc.

• Conducting interviews, focus groups and surveys, then analyzing and synthesizing information into presentations and action plans.

• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with teams and vendors including Digital HR, HR Analytics and others.

• Lead relevant ad-hoc Talent Management projects and initiatives.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or any other relevant experiences.

• Experience in employee experience programs, training or program delivery.

• MS Excel skills, including manipulating and presenting results using graphs/charts.

• MS PowerPoint skills, including embedding graphs/charts, use of graphics suitable for a Senior Executive audience.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage a number of concurrent projects with tight deadlines.

• Interest in staying relevant and knowledgeable of external talent management/employee experience trends and leading practices and how it relates to the business.

• Ability to develop strong trusting relationships and credibility across HR and the business.

• Bilingual (French and English oral and written) is an asset.
