Job Description
CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
Kent Homes is accepting applications for a Client Services Coordinator.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing; this key role is responsible for a full range of support services including being an ambassador of the company. The ideal candidate for this role will be versatile and willing to perform a variety of different tasks on a daily basis, while ensuring our clients comes first.

In business since 1957, Kent Homes is one of the largest home builders and mobile shelter rental companies in Atlantic Canada. We have 150,000 square feet of space dedicated to building quality homes year-round. We serve remote, rural, and urban centers throughout Atlantic Canada and Ontario.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure incoming invoices are matched with purchase orders or sent to respective purchaser
  • Cut Purchase Orders for the sales team
  • Act as front line sales ambassador for visitors and customers
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining social media channels including responding to inquiries and posting content
  • Order meals, office supplies, plant supplies, and necessary technology when required
  • Book and organize travel as needed
  • Process and forward incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, bills
  • Provide full administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Teams including various projects and initiatives
  • Maintain visitor check in for security purposes
Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic - punctual with a positive attitude and willingness to work Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to build relationships and deliver exceptional service to our teams, clients, visitors, etc.
  • High degree of initiative with a proactive approach to work
  • Written and spoken competence in both English and French is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented individual with superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and various social media platforms with the ability to grasp new technological tools
Experience:
  • Related experience preferred; Experience in an administrative role and/or in a manufacturing environment would be considered a strong asset.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Diploma or Certificate in a Business or Administration Program preferred.
