Our client, a major accounting firm, is currently seeking a Senior Manager for its Small and Medium Business Services Department.
Full time. Permanent.
Responsibilities

• Identify additional service needs for existing clients and identify potential clients;
• Review files and ensure that deliverables meet clients’ expectations and needs;
• Manage a client list, review and compilation assignments;
• Coach, mentor, support and participate in the professional growth of team members;
• Provide effective and customized solutions to clients' needs, based on their strategic objectives and organizational context;
• Participate in performance reviews of team members ;
• Act as an advisor to the department’s staff and assist them in resolving any issue that might come up;
• Participate in the recruitment and training of team members;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Profile

• Strong knowledge of NCECF accounting principles;
• Leadership and team spirit;
• CPA Designation;
• 5 years of experience as a manager of private company mandates;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a firm;
• Bilingualism in French and English.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and accounting software;
