A day in the life of Operations Lead:

The objective of this role is to revamp, oversee and monitor all scheduling activities and process.  The role would be part operations and part projects. Project management will be an integral part of this role and the individual will work on special projects as determined by the team.

About You:

  • Managerial experience is an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
  • Experience with project management considered a strong asset.
  • Scheduling/planning background.
  • Ability to find solutions, creative mindset.
  • Technology-savvy, ease of navigation in any system.
  • Very organized.
  • Bilingual French and English.
  • Conflict-resolution.
  • People-oriented and great communication (will be interacting with all FOS team members on the daily and following up with them).
  • Experience implementing systems considered an asset.
  • Experience or ability in project management.
