Two (2) years of food service/housekeeping experience.

Experience working with Diet office software (CBORD), scheduling (ESP), room booking software (EMS) and SAP software preferred.

Completion of Grade 12 education, Manitoba Standards.

Physical and mental health to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

Food Handling Certificate Level 1.

Ability to express ideas and thoughts clearly in English, both verbally and in written format.

Manage a caseload of 10 to 15 families providing Functional Family Therapy services.

Two or more years of experience in children and family services

Functional Family Therapy experience preferred;

Exceptionally good interpersonal communication skills

Ability to adapt and individualize program interventions to utilize family strengths and skills.

Skill in handling multiple tasks and meeting multiple deadlines.

Establish and maintain safety procedures and proactively address potential risk management exposures;

Manage clinical core competencies of the FFT model;

Schedule and ensure staff adhere to FFT consultation requirements; participate in consultations;

Two or more years of experience in children and family services

Functional Family Therapy experience preferred;

Administers or arranges for the provision of relevant support services to individuals, families, older adults, and individuals with disabilities.

Three years related experience including assessing, interviewing, counseling and facilitating;

One year of supervisory experience;

Must possess excellent spoken and written communication skills

Provides a liaison service at large in the community including with RCMP, community councils and schools

An undergraduate degree in Social Work (Master’s degree preferred);

Administers or arranges for the provision of relevant support services to individuals, families, older adults, and individuals with disabilities.

Three years related experience including assessing, interviewing, counseling and facilitating;

One year of supervisory experience;

Must possess excellent spoken and written communication skills

Provides a liaison service at large in the community including with RCMP, community councils and schools

An undergraduate degree in Social Work (Master’s degree preferred);

A diploma in human/social services or a related discipline or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

One-year minimum combined education and relevant experience associated with community social services

Valid First Aid and CPR certification

Mandt Certification (Available training upon successful application)

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is preferred

Excellent knowledge of CSA and PIDAC standards as they relate to Environmental Services in Healthcare

Excellent knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations

Excellent knowledge of WHMIS and healthcare regulations

Previous scheduling experience in a unionized environment

Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, including the handling of multiple, concurrent issues and tasks.

Previous experience with individuals and families affected by dementia.

Previous experience with a community-based agency and/or not-for-profit agency

Previous experience in the development and delivery of both individual care plans and group support activities.

Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.

Experience in Help Desk operations troubleshooting simple and complex problems encountered by a diverse user base.

Proven leadership and a high level of interpersonal skills to communicate and negotiate diplomatically with a wide variety of people.

Considerable experience managing human and financial resources in a social services setting;

Experience in negotiating working protocols or partnerships with First Nations; and,

Considerable experience collaborating with various stakeholders and collaterals on joint initiatives and service delivery.

Bachelor of Social Work and a Master’s Degree (SW ,admin, clinical counselling, public health)
