POSITION: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
- Participate in the quality management program;
- File (physical and electronic).
- Submit projects deliverables to customers;
- Ensure quotes are prepared and sent to customers;
- Document control for engineering projects;
- Follow up with customers on missing information;
- Assist with collection and preparation of data;
- Ensure communication is maintained with customers;
- Ensure that payments are received by customers;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Fluency in English, French and Spanish are an asset.
- Autonomous
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent;
- 5+ years of experience in an Office Administrator or related position
- Self-starter;
- Excellent written and verbal skills;
- Must possess a valid work permit for Canada. Any candidate who does not currently possess a valid work permit will not be considered.
