FINANCE MANAGER, HEAD OFFICE AND PROJECTS (Temporary 6 months)

Your tasks at a glance

• Oversee financial reporting to board and stakeholders.
• Oversee production and release of monthly departmental cost reports.
• Oversee the production of month and year-end financial results, analysis and reporting for various entities & partners.
• Oversee the monitoring and reporting on business performance.
• You manage a small team, including fostering a good team spirit and employee development.
• You manage the reporting and analysis of VGC LP’s MD partner metrics.
• Oversee annual budget and forecasts as per timelines established by FP&A team.
• You implement and monitor proper application of accounting policies, both internal and external (GAAP) for all new business segments.
• You oversee the integration of newly acquired and non-integrated businesses into our consolidated results.
• You manage the reporting and analysis of month and year-end capital expenditures.
• Oversee the production of monthly head office cost reports.
• You manage the production of month and year-end financial results of our Head Office activities, including:
• You manage the billing, accounting, reporting and budgeting processes for our USA clinics and licensees segments, including:
• Act as internal expert to support internal customers vis-a-vis their financial reporting and monitoring needs.
• Oversee annual budget and forecasts as per timelines established by FP&A team.

A clear view of your assets

• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and/or Solver BI360 (Asset).
• You are detail oriented, organized and have a continuous process improvement mindset.
• You have excellent communication skills in English et vous parlez également français.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline and a CPA designation.
• You have proven accounting skills and good knowledge of GAAP.
• You are great at multi-tasking and adaptable to changing needs of the organization.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry and/or in a complex multi-company environment.
