So, to summarize your role:

• You will oversee all aspects of accounting and finance.
• You will be a business partner in strategic business decisions that lead to the achievement of an annual plan, productivity and cost reduction initiatives, and profitable growth objectives.
• You actively participate in the development of the organization's overall strategies by integrating financial reality.
• You will provide financial advice to the CEO and other members of the Management Committee.
• You will oversee regulatory obligations, including tax planning and compliance.
• You will lead and coordinate annual financial audit exercise.
• You will manage refundable tax credit programs.
