Head Of Industry Jobs

Eleven are currently representing one of our key clients who are looking for a Head of Industry to join their established team. Our client challenges traditional asset management methods with proprietary artificial intelligence tools with their technology-driven approach to addressing grid dynamics has led to them being a top trading firm in North American Electricity Markets.

In this role you will used your entensive knowledge of the North American Power Market and energy sector to shape new and existing businesses to optimize their own market position, set the strategies to optimize revenue or minimize their power supply costs, accoding with their own risk profile.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as an integral part of the senior management team to drive common strategic themes such as diversity, well-being, belonging and develop the organization's reputation and growth
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with other divisions of the organization.
• Build a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and high-performing sales organization by influencing the team's structure, culture, and processes.
• Coach, manage, and grow a number of sales teams, including sales managers and sales support analysts.
• Develop and implement the business development strategies for our client. Cultivate relationships with key executive and industry partners to drive client growth.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in managing teams.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently
• 15 years of experience in sales, operations, or partner management.
