You will be accountable for:
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Thinking outside of the box and delivering creative sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring that they are in line with company policies and profitability targets.
- And last but not least, drive change and look for innovation every step of the way.
- Grow and inspire a team of inside sales representatives, providing coaching and support as needed to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Fleet Industry and develop sales strategies to acquire new customers.
Requirements for the role:
- Like any other sales role we need someone with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience in sales.
- Strong leadership, with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of trucking and/or heavy-duty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we need a “people person” able to create relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Lastly, we want someone passionate about the role who takes ownership of the customer interaction to ensure success!
- We are growing our business so a travel document and availability to travel to the US is a must
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or automotive mechanic.
