You will be accountable for:

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Grow and inspire a team of inside sales representatives, providing coaching and support as needed to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring that they are in line with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Thinking outside of the box and delivering creative sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the Fleet Industry and develop sales strategies to acquire new customers.
  • And last but not least, drive change and look for innovation every step of the way.

Requirements for the role:

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we need a “people person” able to create relationships with stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of trucking and/or heavy-duty industry
  • We are growing our business so a travel document and availability to travel to the US is a must
  • Strong leadership, with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
  • Lastly, we want someone passionate about the role who takes ownership of the customer interaction to ensure success!
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or automotive mechanic.
  • Like any other sales role we need someone with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience in sales.
