Our client, an emerging innovator in the field of payment solutions, is going through rapid growth. They have retained us to find a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Operations who will lead and oversee their operational functions.

In this role, your key objectives will be to develop and implement strategies that will deliver customer excellence, decrease customer attrition and improve upselling opportunities. You will take responsibility for enhancing productivity, streamlining processes, and driving continuous improvement across all operational aspects of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the operations budget, monitoring expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives that will not compromise quality.
• Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce management to meet production and service demands effectively and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
• Develop and execute an operational strategy that will support the development and implementation of systems and processes that will deliver a world class customer service, decrease customer attrition and improve upselling opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness and create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide regular and accurate operational performance reports to the executive team and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced growth industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on using metrics to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
• Proven experience in a senior operations management role, with a track record of driving successful operational strategies in a similar sector.
• In-depth knowledge of operations management principles and process improvement methodologies.

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Compensation: $175k - $250k, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package.
