Canadian Based - Fully Remote - 4 direct reports + 35+ sub reports - Fullstack JavaScript - 35 year old Privately Held Company w/ 40+ applications

Salary $225,000 - $275,000 per year

This organization has been in existence for +35 years and has over 30 products utilized by some of the best and brightest Pharmaceutical clients internationally. Although the organization's internet footprint is limited they deliver unparalleled results to their clients in this niche space.


More specifically you will oversee 4 business units and their VPs, along with their products and individual contributors. Although, not hands-on technically, and understanding of modern technology is required.

The group will be building out applications using the MERN stack. Additional team members include PMO, CMO, Data Science, Infrastructure and Data Integrity skillsets. You will work closely with Executive leadership, relaying these messages in digestible pieces to reduce silo's and create cohesive teams.


Job Details


  • Strong ability to foster change and buy-in.
  • Technical background in Node.js, React.js, relational databases, LLM/GPT, and API development.
  • Must reside in Ontario or Quebec.
  • Skilled in change management.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on-time and within budget.
  • Master's Degree is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading other leaders and individual contributors.
