Job Title: Field Sales Manager – Digital Dentistry and IOS – Eastern Canada

[Responsibilities]
• Drive sales, promotion, and support for the Digital Dentistry portfolio, as well as associated products, within the assigned territory.
• Represent the brand proficiently using effective marketing techniques, ensuring a strong grasp of product knowledge to boost sales.
• Enhance brand identity in the marketplace by leveraging strong business acumen and fostering solid relationships with dealers and customers.
• Achieve company goals and expectations by maximizing profitability and growth.
• Devise strategies to increase education and sales of the innovative portfolio to Dealer Partners and end customers.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new dealers, laboratory, and end customer opportunities.
• Formulate and execute business strategies in line with sales, revenue, and business goals while adhering to travel budgets.
• Develop comprehensive strategic, business, and marketing plans to drive growth, cater to customer needs, and differentiate the product portfolio apart in the market.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, including dealers, customers, competitors, and products, to gain valuable insights and inform decision-making.
• Evaluate potential business development opportunities and identify suitable partnerships and joint ventures.
• Utilize CRM software to manage relationships, streamline processes, and optimize profitability.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, customers, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Dealer Partners on marketing initiatives, including defining customer targets and sub-segments, conducting customer research, creating market awareness programs, and contributing to lead generation and customer campaigns.
[Requirements]
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental sales, with a proven track record of established and strong dealer partner relationships.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Demonstrated expertise in dental equipment and technology sales, with a successful history of achieving business strategy and financial objectives.
• Ability to identify new opportunities and effectively translate them into viable business cases for investment.
• Strong customer focus and dedication to meeting the needs of dealer partners and customers.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving set targets.
• Adaptive and resourceful approach to overcoming challenges.
• Eligible to travel internationally.
• Eligible to live and work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
