Manager Of Sales Jobs

We are a homestead-minded company looking for a strong sales team member with excellent communication and leadership skills who works with startup companies and is able to build a team of sales representatives and develop protocols as well as sales strategies. We are looking for the development of revenue objectives and KPI management of our sales teams. In addition, our prospect would be able to work with attaining the B2B customer base but also selling to the B2C clientele. We believe in authentic and down-to-earth practices with local-minded objectives for a healthier future and are looking for an individual who has similar values.

Responsibilities:

Implement the developed marketing and sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.

Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Must be knowledgeable in Agriculture and Farming practices.

A network of customers is a huge asset.

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing. Strong leadership skills with a strong sense of team and a growth mindset.

We are looking for lead generation that contributes to the overall success of the business by generating a network of new customers, an individual who is driven to meet and exceed sales targets at appropriate profit margins.

Must have previous experience and knowledge of agriculture and farming practices province to province within Canada and having development for international growth would be a huge asset.

5 years experience minimum in managing and developing a sales team
