Be a Sales Manager for ChargeAutomation! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup that changes the hotel and short-term rental industry with the power of technology. We’re a guest experience and payment automation solution (SaaS) that allows professional Property Managers to reduce manual work, increase guest satisfaction and improve the bottom line.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include lead identification, appointment setting and closing of deals. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing their specific needs.
- Utilize various sources to identify and generate leads, including market research, industry events, online platforms, and networking.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and other relevant data to management on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely updates.
- Set appointments, conduct demos and close deals with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive the sales process forward and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reach potential clients and prospects through emails, call and LinkedIn, introducing our solution and identifying opportunities for business development.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities
- Meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of cold calling techniques, lead generation, appointment setting and sales presentations.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to identify and understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
