RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

1. Responsible for managing and developing team.

2. Must be professional in recruitment and hiring

3. Set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs

4. Develop strategic plans to achieve targeted sales volume and market share.

5. Must able to give training to entire team

6. Monitor and Improve sales representative's KPIs

7. Analyzing sales KPIs and taking corrective actions.

8. Sales manager must motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships,

9. Responsible for long term & sustainable business goals

10. Educate customers on the best promotional plans for their home services

11. Supporting companies marketing campaigns

SKILLS:

1. Must Speak fluent English and French both (Mandatory)

2. Must be achievement oriented and focused on producing results.

3. Must have door to door sales experience

4. The ideal individual is hard-working, coachable, and has effective communication skills.

5. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

6. Have a punctual and friendly approach to the role

7. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

3-5 years of Sales managerial experience is required
