Job Description

The ideal candidate is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the store. He/She is required to continuously improve overall customer experience in store, meet or exceed customer expectations and ensure visual merchandising highlights the beauty of our products.

What our ideal candidate looks like:

  • Answer incoming phone calls & Respond to general telephone inquiries from customers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.
  • Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by management.
  • Maximize our social media reach and engagement by sharing and promoting content via local store Facebook and Instagram channels.
  • General clerical work and other administrative functions as required to support office areas
  • Build relationships with our customers in order to provide exceptional customer service and achieve top line sales with strong merchandising and product knowledge.
  • Manage the sales operations of the store, playing a key role in growing the business.
  • Collaborate with transport teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery of merchandise to customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, welcoming, and visually appealing store
  • Investigating, resolving and escalating customer issues as appropriate
  • Responsible for ordering supplies and merchandise for local inventory.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience.


Skills required:

  • Self-motivated
  • Must be a team player with good initiative and prioritization skills, capable of working under pressure and independently.
  • Able to troubleshoot issues, anticipate problems and make logical decisions
  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Positive Attituede
  • Bilingual- Fluent in French and English
