Do you have an in-depth understanding of the Data Center, OEMs, and Channel Partner segments in the Electrical & Electronics industries?
If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Talent Quotient Team is looking for a Sales Head in Mexico/Canada for a reputable 4-decade old global electronics and electromechanical components Manufacturer, headquartered in India with their product components and brands exported to the North American & Europe market.
The product range encompasses electrical connectors, PV connectors, switches, and EMI/RFI filters, catering to diverse industries - from consumer electronics to medical and data centers. With state-of-the-art facilities and accredited testing labs, our client manufactures bespoke and innovative solutions, aligned with global regulations & leading certifications including UL and ISO 9001, ensuring consistent quality to their marquee international clients.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Data Center Segment, OEMs & Channel Partners, driving revenue growth in North America.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs, shaping effective sales strategies.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance to the Sales Team, set performance objectives, and evaluate individual and team progress.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities in North America, build relationships with partners, and explore expansion possibilities.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and reports for senior management, analyzing data for insights.
- Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Under-Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Manufacturing/Electromechanical or equivalent. Masters in marketing/Business/Sales would be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, building relationships at all levels.
- Strong network and relationships within Data Center Segments, OEMs, and channel partner systems.
- Minimum 10-15 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in Data Center / Industrial Electronics Components / Switchgear / Electrical Panel Accessories / Instrumentation Products / Electromechanical products segment.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record in developing and executing effective sales strategies for revenue growth.
- Extensive understanding of North American market dynamics, customer & industry trends.
