We are hiring for 1 of these positions in every Province/State across North America – Good people know good people! $5000 Referral Bonus for each successful candidate you send us.
Based in your province/state area, the Director of Franchise Sales and Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of Freshslice Pizza’s expansion into the local market.
Responsibilities:
- You will recruit 2 qualified franchisees per month
- You will establish an office in your province/state.
- You will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit & proven track record in franchising.
- You will Develop a Business Plan, setting & implementing growth targets for the next 10 years.
- You will conduct pre-qualification and 1st interview of candidates and complete all other processes leading to successful recruitment of a Freshslice franchisee.
- You will research and promote Freshslice in major platforms like the Chamber of Commerce, other franchise lead generation and broker platforms.
- You will attend all franchise shows or conventions in local area and other parts of the country to promote Freshslice brand and process all qualified leads.
- Oversee restaurant operations after opening.
Only candidates with these following requirements will be considered:
- Minimum 1 year of Franchise sales experience particularly in recruitment of franchisees, interviewing and training franchisees.
- Must have lived in current province/state for 1+ years.
Ongoing responsibilities include:
- After opening you are involved in post opening support, ongoing coaching and location audits to ensure top quality operations.
- Recruiting and training new franchisees and providing on going marketing support once they are operational.
Compensation & Bonus:
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical benefits and vehicle mileage allowance
- $100,000 - $200,000+ total annual compensation range made up of a $100,000 base salary plus lucrative bonus program

- Fully Remote until office opened in your province/state
