Position: Director of People Operations

Location: Saint-Laurent

Salary: Up to $150K (based on experience) + full benefits

Job Type: In office (Monday to Friday)

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in an HR management role (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Ability to multitask, take initiative
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement new policies and procedures
• Manage the payroll and benefits process
• Be responsible for employee development and training
• Supervise a team of 2 people
• Manage the full recruitment process
