About CHL / Company Profile


Canadian Health Labs (CHL) is a nationwide, rapidly growing healthcare solutions provider which leverages their unique ability of attracting specialized international and domestic sustainable HHR (healthcare human resources) to provide tailored solutions to support and improve the Canadian Healthcare System. CHL’s international recruitment arm provides long term sustainable HHR (healthcare human resources) to address macro economic issues in the Canadian Healthcare System. CHL has built a significant France based international recruitment team and is actively deploying France (and other international) HHR in Canada on a daily basis.


Role Summary


CHL is looking for an experienced and ambitious, individual with Healthcare, Corporate Finance, Operations, and M&A experience, who can work as part of a team and individually. Must be a self starter.


Reporting Structure


The Director of Special Projects will work with CHL’s Senior Leadership team including Strat / Ops, Finance, Government Relations, Clinical, Market and both Domestic / International Talent teams. The Director of Corporate Development will Report into CHL’s Senior Director of International Growth and Strategy and work closely with CHL’s Directors and executives alike.


Daily reporting will be required to disseminate information among CHL’s fast growing organization.


Critical Accountabilities


CHL’s has a wide range of projects underway from M&A, New Growth Accounts, and a focused effort on First Nations Account Management and Relationship Building, to modelling and setting up net new streams of business. The role includes account management, customer proposals, pricing models and follow-ups on new areas of business, acquisition target seeking and analysis, evaluating potential synergy resulting from the translation and both integrating certain aspects of the target and potentially having certain aspects of the target remain as a stand-alone.


Qualification & Experience

Must haves:

  • Account Management, Corporate Finance / Operations Experience
  • Strong English communications skills, (French is considered an asset language)
  • 3 year of operations/business analysis experience at a big 4 firm or 5 years of business experience
  • Ability to be flexible in nimble in a environment with constantly changing priorities

Note: This role is in a virtual team environment and the role holder will need to have open availability. Evening and Weekend availability may be required from time to time.


Compensation


  • Market Base Rate + heavy variable incentive
