● 5+ years’ experience in a management role within construction, OR

Ability to be flexible in nimble in a environment with constantly changing priorities

A minimum of 15 years experience in project engineering, planning, project management and scheduling, document control, construction, commissioning, and operational interfacing

Education in engineering or construction management

Involvement in large scale, $100M+ capital project and $100-200M+ program management projects

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (stage gate)

Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams of professionals and contractors

Excellent communication, negotiation, reporting and presentation skills

Provide support to private equity management and clients as needed, including ad hoc financial analysis.

Lead various projects aimed at producing value-added financial information.

Participate in the selection, analysis and implementation of a financial system.

Develops strategies to maximize tax planning for the entire group.
