Job Purpose/Summary:

The Director of Projects is a member of the leadership team and is responsible for

overseeing all aspects of project management.

The Director of Projects will provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to a team of project managers, ensuring successful execution of all projects in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within mechanical contracting, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.

The Director of Projects responsibilities include; leadership and strategic planning,

project management oversight, financial management, team development and

performance management.

Experience:

● 5+ years’ experience in a management role within construction, OR

● 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a Mechanical construction

company

● 10+ years’ experience within a commercial construction and/or design-build

company.

● Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, from

planning to completion, on time and within budget.

● Demonstrated experience managing and leading complex teams of over 20

employees
