FINANCE MANAGER, HEAD OFFICE AND PROJECTS (Temporary 6 months)

You manage the production of month and year-end financial results of our Head Office activities, including:

You manage the billing, accounting, reporting and budgeting processes for our USA clinics and licensees segments, including:

You manage the reporting and analysis of month and year-end capital expenditures.

You manage the reporting and analysis of VGC LP’s MD partner metrics.

Fluent reading, writing and speaking abilities in English

Managing Data Sharing Programs (IDX, FDX, MCX and ADX)

Supporting OSS lines of business in their data, analytics, reporting and dashboard needs

Developing a coherent approach to data visualization and analysis

Ensuring the availability, reliability, and quality of the data and related dashboards through continuous monitoring

Adhering to data governance policies, quality standards and best practices

Demonstrated leadership and project management skills in deploying, leading and implementing successful projects.

Familiarity with information management practices, regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws, especially those that uniquely effect the pharmaceutical industry.

Build out an Advanced analytics community of practice with the charter of knowledge sharing, improving adoption and

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; or relevant work experience.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.

Strong technical and indepth knowledge of data mining, machine learning, statistical modeling, and programming languages such as Python or R.

Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.

Steer and manage Business services tasks (Change management, incident management and problem management) for AMER region.

Steer and manage Global services tasks (Global Project management, Global Governance, HR, Sourcing, Communication & Facilities action plans).

Participate in audits and Risk management.

Organize, coordinate, manage and govern – Obsolescence & patching and capacity management & infrastructure optimization.

Work closely with different Business Management and technical teams in day-to-day activities.

Administrative and management experience in setting up effective and efficient processes and operations and managing staff.

Experience in administration and management (staff, budget, etc.)

Experience/knowledge of research funding agencies and grant application processes.

Experience/knowledge with research and scholarly activity in Business schools, an asset.

Experience/knowledge with teaching universities and/or private universities, an asset.

Advanced knowledge of research policy, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in creating, interpreting, and implementing policy.

Supply chain management and logistics knowledge.

Strong leadership and communication abilities with the capacity to motivate and lead a team of professionals.

At least 7 years of expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar subject, with an emphasis on BI architecture

Proven proficiency with MSSQL, Tableau, and Power BI

The ability to operate in a fast-paced workplace and prioritize competing demands.
