Requirements

• Hyper-Organized
• 5+ years of work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadline
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Detail-Oriented

What you’ll be working on
Our client is a leading private equity firm for investing when it comes to the founding story, a highly specialized focus, and the type of business model growth they invest into. Their advantage also includes what is the leading proprietary technology platform, which they use to digest 400m urls every years for sourcing new deals. The platform is a search application that can be pointed at any query to exhaustively find possible people or companies.
They have a large offshore data team including one person as an onshore resource. They’d like to add someone similar to their offshore resource. This person would lead the data filtering efforts. Their technology has many capabilities to add 200+ attributes to each company name, but they need data team to review for size of company, thematic match to areas they are interested i

• Filter disqualify 90%+ of records to get to 10% that matter
• Evolve into thematic quarterback who will manage entire process of running down specific searches managing all other onshore resources
• Exercise qualitative methods to filter data inside excel
• Search various databases
• Manage lower order resources on lower order tasks like scraping data from web
