1+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably in the Internet and New Media industry.

Proven experience in analyzing large and complex datasets using SQL, R, Python, or related tools.

• Responsible for Study Management and oversight of all Study Management functions internally and at the CROs

• 2-7 years’ experience as a clinical Study, Trial or Project Manager in charge of running trials.

Build out and track key KPIs to measure success on our top priority products.

Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage

Leads inspection readiness activities related to study management and site readiness

Leads and manages the tactical execution of one or more clinical studies from study startup through database release.

Will drive decision making and work closely with the Clinical Project Manager to provide input to operational strategy.

Provides quality oversight to the Contract Research Organisation (CRO) and of the CRO deliverables related to study execution.

Core member of the Study Team and will represent the CRO on matters of study execution.

Works with functional lines and directly with CRO line functions to resolve or triage site level issues.

Advanced: 3 to 5+ years of trial management experience.

The efficient management of local vendors

Proactive risk management and budget forecasting

Timely review of trip reports submitted by Site Managers

A minimum of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or relevant clinical experience is required

At least 2 years of Oncology experience required

2-5 years Relevant experience in clinical research or related fields (Site-Operations, Monitoring On-site/Remote, Data Management, Hospital settings), global study experience, preferred.

Ability to use analytical tools to extracting knowledge and insight from data (data mining)

In-depth knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations FDA Guidance Documents, EU Directives

In-depth knowledge of clinical monitoring procedures

Develops Risk Analytics Monitoring Plan for assigned studies · Participate in the development of study specific analytics.

Background or previous experience in land acquisition, urban planning, real estate or asset management preferred

Ensure data management procedures comply with standard company policies

Support various teams with data entry into company systems

Experience with GIS systems and applications an asset

Perform collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with company's guidelines and standards

Perform data validation and storage of various project documents including Land Property Reports

Thorough knowledge of project management processes with a solid understanding of how to craft and manage a project budge

Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start up through closeout activities.

Ensure appropriate communication on project-related matters with the PM Management

Perform other duties as assigned by management

4+ years' Clinical Project Management (demonstrating expertise within Renal/Rare Renal) required within a CRO setting is preferred

Define and manage project resource needs in conjunction with functional heads and establish contingency plans for key resources

Assist in management of dataflow from and performance of Third Party Vendors (Non-CRF data vendors).

Participate in project kick off meeting, investigators meeting, and regular project management team meeting.

Create and maintain clinical trial Data Management Study Binders.

Develop and maintain Data Management Plan (DMP). Document deviations from the DMP.

Perform Third Party non-CRF data management activities.

Demonstrated a strong leadership in clinical data management activities and a desire to excel in leading data management projects.

Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (REQUIRED):

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree;

MS Office - Excel experience

Demonstrated clerical, interpersonal, and basic organizational skills.

LOCATION: Remote - North America only (TimeZone: CST | Partial overlap)

Experience with Data uploading on Enablon application or any cloud based application before.

Experience with at least one Data Migration or Data Maintaining project.

Experience with development and maintenance of .net applications including system interfaces.

Experience developing business analytics dashboards and reports including integration with SAP data.
