Data Analyst - Remote

Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Strategy, as a Data Analyst you will play a critical role in driving definition of our key product metrics, automating dashboards for senior leadership team to use and communicating on business performance on an ongoing basis. This position is a unique opportunity to join a team responsible for developing McAfee’s product strategy. You will be a trusted expert on all product KPIs to monitor the performance of our top priority products and inform business decisions.

This is a remote position located in Canada with a preference on West Coast. We are only considering candidates located in Canada and are not offering relocation at this time.

About The Role

• Identify and drive improvements to data collection, reporting, and analysis, including automations to better streamline the process.
• Prepare reports and presentations to highlight trends in product KPIs and implications for future performance.
• Analyze KPIs to understand product performance to date and build forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other analytics teams to understand key drivers of changes in KPIs, and develop more accurate forecasts of business performance.
• Be the expert on all product KPIs – know the ins and outs of bookings, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction metrics and how they impact one another.
• Build out and track key KPIs to measure success on our top priority products.
