Hours of Work: 35 hours per week

Overview:

United Way Halton & Hamilton brings people and resources together in a way that makes our community a better, safer and healthier place to live, work and play.

The Data Entry Clerk will provide assistance with a wide variety of processes related to United Way’s campaign, including donation and designation processing, in order for the campaign goals and objectives to be met.

Responsibilities:

• Track and process community fundraising events
• Process campaign donations including e-Pledge
• Administrative support (e.g. assist with mailings, reconciliations)
• Data entry
• Update soft donor information (e.g. contact information)

Qualifications:

• Database or customer relationship management system (CRM) experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy with a high degree of organization and efficiency
• Very good interpersonal skills, including proven ability to work effectively as a team member
• Business administration experience an asset
• 2 years’ related experience or postsecondary education in a related field
• Excellent data entry skills
