About The Opportunity
The Clerk is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the department in its communications with other departments and support to the nurses and medical staff. The Clerk B must be able to handle multiple demands and priorities in a busy and unpredictable environment.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

• Grade XII plus one year related clerical experience OR graduate of a recognized one year secretarial/business program
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm during an emergency and deal with numerous interruptions and continuous change and problem solving required
• Demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills required (Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook)
• Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
• General office skills required

Hours
x2 Long assignment, part-time 63% FTE positions
Beginning as soon as possible with an expected end date of May31, 2024 (Approximately 9 months)

Compensation and Incentives
$20.09 - $21.91 Hourly
Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
